Prior to joining AOW, Anne worked for several years at public health, helping guide local efforts to mitigate COVID-19. She continues to run Lily’s Fund for Epilepsy Research, a nonprofit she and her husband founded in 2006 that has raised more than $1.8 million to support epilepsy research at the UW-Madison…named after their eldest daughter. She has spent many years working for agencies that help people including the American Red Cross, United Way and The Law Center. Her interest in adoption is personal as her family adopted their third child through foster care.

When not working Anne loves walking her two rescue dogs, spending time with her family, swimming and hiking in Maine and playing pickleball.

Prior to joining AOW, Tracy worked in early childhood education for 35 years. As a preschool director, she loved watching children grow through their first experiences as students. Over the years, Tracy has created bonds with families that have continued beyond the classroom.

Outside of work, Tracy enjoys photography, yoga, fishing, and attending events in the Madison area with her family.

Tracy is excited to work with families at AOW and to help them build the family of their dreams!

Before joining Adoptions of Wisconsin, Stacy had several years of experience working as a social worker specializing in the adoption of children with special needs. In addition to her experience with adoption work, Stacy volunteers as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA), advocating for children in child welfare cases. She also frequently volunteers at the school that her children attend.

As a mother of four girls, Stacy enjoys spending her free time with her children and husband. She especially loves taking them to new places and providing them with fun new experiences. Stacy enjoys being physical and spending time outside, particularly hiking, running, swimming, skiing, and camping. She also likes to be creative with crafts and art.

She has worked for many years with infants and families, including assessment and therapeutic interventions for children 6 months – 14 years old. Jenny has also spent over a decade providing home-visiting services to families with young children.

Outside of work, Jenny stays active with her family, friends, and big dog. She enjoys hiking, entertaining, traveling, and enjoying Madison’s music scene.

Prior to joining Adoptions of Wisconsin, Caitlin spent 10 years working in corrections/criminal justice in government supervisory roles, grant administration, program implementation and development for justice-involved individuals with mental health and substance use disorders. She earned her Master of Social Work degree with a concentration in clinical mental health and is currently pursuing clinical licensure as a therapist.

Outside of her work with AOW, Caitlin enjoys cooking, traveling, knitting and wool spinning. She is a mom to a daughter and has three dogs, two dachshunds and a corgi.
