Anne Morgan Giroux

Executive Director
Personal Mantra: Something her father used to say: Hang your troubles on a nail by your bed, you can pick them up in the morning.

Anne is the Director of Administration at Adoptions of Wisconsin, Inc. As she sees it, her role is to buoy up staff, so they have the tools and support they need to focus on our clients. Anne handles administrative operations, finances, staffing, marketing, and a medley of other duties.

 

Tracy Tiedeman

Program Manager
Personal Mantra: Trust the timing of your life.

Tracy started her work with Adoptions of Wisconsin in 2022. However, the agency is not new to her. She originally came to AOW in 2005 as an adoptive parent who was eager to grow her family through adoption. In 2006, her son was born, and her family was complete. Tracy has been an advocate for adoption and enjoys talking to others about how rewarding her experience has been with open adoption. 

 

Stacy Kroening, BSW

As an Adoption Social Worker, Stacy helps waiting families navigate through the process of adoption from start to finish. Having struggled with infertility for years, Stacy understands the deep desire to have a family and loves helping couples and individuals make their dreams of growing their family become a reality. She believes that families are not always created in the “conventional way,” but that’s what makes adoption so amazing. Stacy finds joy in being a part of this process of creating a family and feels that it is truly eye-opening and rewarding.

 

Jenny Grether, MSSW, APSW Pronouns: she/her/hers

Jenny is an Adoption Social Worker able to support both biological families and adoptive families in her work with AOW. As a mother to both an adoptive child and a biological child, she feels passionately about the importance and beauty of families growing and joining through adoption.

 

Caitlin Saylor, MSW, APSW Pronouns: she/her/hers
Adoption Social Worker
Personal Mantra: You’re always enough and never too much.

As a social worker and an adoptee herself, Caitlin utilizes her experience to support both birth mothers and adoptive families through the process of adoption. Because of her first-hand experience, Caitlin understands that the adoption process can be emotionally challenging for families and seeks to help everyone involved make the best decisions for their families.
